  1. The first step is to mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour unrefined oil into the water, otherwise the taste of mushrooms will deteriorate. Then pour in the vinegar. It is better to use regular table vinegar, not apple cider vinegar. Lemon juice will add spice.
  2. Mix the mixture and add spices to improve the taste. Garlic is pre-peeled and crushed with a press. It is recommended to use coarse salt.
  3. Mix the composition and let it boil. After boiling, wait another 10 minutes, stirring regularly so that all grains of salt dissolve.
  4. The mushroom preparation process involves trimming off the rough parts. Delicate caps and the rest of the legs are cut into equal pieces, otherwise they will marinate unevenly.
  5. Remove the finished marinade from heat and strain to remove spices and spices.
  6. Pour chopped mushrooms into the marinade and put on the stove for 10 minutes. Without closing the lid, stir occasionally.
  7. In the ready and slightly cooled mushrooms, add the onion cut into half rings.
  8. For storage, the mushrooms, along with the marinade, should be transferred to a glass dish and tightly sealed.

Before serving, the appetizer can be decorated with finely chopped greens. Good accompaniment to meat dishes.

Since pickled mushrooms are ready-made products, they are very popular in Russian and European cuisine. Preparing dishes from them will not take much time. For a universal marinade, prepare:

  • 1 kg of mushrooms;

  • salt and sugar 1 tablespoon;
  • spices to taste.

The cooking process includes:

  4. After a couple of minutes, the pan must be removed from the heat and left for 12 hours. In this case, the lid should lie loosely. Leave a 5cm gap.
  5. Arrange the finished product with a ladle into sterilized jars so that the marinade covers the mushrooms. Then tightly close with plastic lids and place in the refrigerator. Shelf life is up to six months.

Before serving, drain the marinade, season with green or chopped onions, chopped garlic, parsley, dill and vegetable oil.

  2. Place the container on the stove. Put boiled mushrooms, chopped onions, tomato sauce there.
  3. Add salt, ground pepper. Mix.
  4. Half an hour after boiling, add bay leaf and allspice peas. Keep on the stove for another 45 minutes.
  5. Pasteurize the jars and put the finished product in them.
